1. Definitions

1.3 The Participant – a natural person who participates in The Promotion by inputting in his email on The Promotion Page

1.4 The Valid Participant – The Participant who has verified his/her email, is aged 18 or over, and is a legal citizen and a legal resident of a country excluded from the prohibited countries list.

1.6 The Invalid Participant – The Participant who does not meet the criteria of The Valid Participant.

1.7 The Prize – a sum of funds directly deposited to The Valid Participant’s trading account at XM, available for withdrawal.

1.8 The Winner – The Participant who is randomly selected at the end of The Promotion.

2. General Terms & Conditions

2.1 The “Start 2019 with $1,000 more” Promotion takes place from 10-00 on 29.011.2018 and runs until 00-00 on 01.01.2019.

2.2 The times at Point 2.1 are indicated in the Central European Time-Zone (CET).

2.3 The Prize will only be awarded to The Valid Participant.

2.4 The Prize will constitute 1,000 (one thousand) United States Dollars only in case the Promotion will be used by 1,000 (one thousand) or more of The Valid Participants.

2.5 In case The Promotion is used by less than 1,000 (one thousand) of The Valid Participants, the Prize will constitute to 100 (one hundred) United States Dollars.

2.6. The Winner will receive The Prize only in case of being The Valid Participant.

2.7 In case The Winner turns out to be The Invalid Participant, The Prize will go towards the budget of another promotion.

3. Receiving The Prize

3.1 The Winner will be required to register at XM.com or XMGlobal.com depending on his country of residence.

3.2 The Winner will be required to provide ID and KYC documents during the registration.

3.2 The Winner must inform ForexNewsNow.com at [email protected] once his registration is approved.

3.2 The Prize will be transferred to The Winner’s account registered at XM.com or XMGlobal.com within 10 (ten) working days after receiving a notification at [email protected]

4. Miscellaneous

4.1 At all times, ForexNewsNow.com reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the Promotion without any prior notice to current or prospective the Promotion Participants.

4.2 If ForexNewsNow.com suspects that the Promotion Participant has abused or attempted to abuse the Promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards ForexNewsNow.com, ForexNewsNow.com reserves the right to deny, withhold, cancel or withdraw from that Participant The Prize, and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of the Promotion with respect to the Participant, either temporarily or permanently, or to terminate that participant’s access to the services.

4.3 It is the responsibility of The Participant to ensure that all applicable taxes and fees on the Prize in their country are paid.

4.4 In the case of any ambiguity or conflict or inconsistency between different translations of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
