If you are seeking for the reliable broker in the long run, then SternOptions is definitely not the partner you have dreamt of.

When you enter the SternOptions website, you may notice that the design is not user-friendly. It is difficult to navigate on this website, especially when some of the sections are inactive. It is not possible to view the website in multiple languages, as it operates only in English and German.

When browsing “About Us” section you will unlikely find any valuable information about the company, its business activity, number of registered users and so on. Similarly, you will not see any evidence of the compliance with the law – SternOptions is just the unregulated brokerage. As you could expect, US clients are not welcomed here.

Trading Conditions

All the trading activity at SternOptions occurs on SpotOption. This trading platform is web-based, which means that no software is required for download. SpotOption is easy-to-use and it is widely employed by binary options brokers. As most scams do, SternOptions keeps up with the latest trends. Overall, educational materials here are not bad. The broker offers a wide range of tutorial videos for both beginners and advanced traders. They contain tips on performing the market analysis, setting up the strategy or how to use the platform. “The Demo Tour” feature looked quite promising before we had actually opened it. There you will find only a sort of introductory video to SpotOption platform and nothing more.

Though education center is the least evil at SternOptions, it is still not infallible. The broker does not offer any insightful articles or news that can be relevant for traders.

Customer Support

Client support at SternOptions can be reached via email, live chat and phone. However, phone support is not very helpful and they can help mostly with the basic issues. The FAQ supplied by SternOptions is quite poor.

Conclusion

SternOptions does not lead the way and most of its features are not delivering something truly great and distinctive. Do not sign up with the scam.
